50 Haven Ave

We host all catered events that take place in 50 Haven Ave. We're your resource for everything from booking the space to catering and event production.

About the Space

  • 1st Floor Lounge

    • Located on the first floor of 50 Haven Ave, 1st Floor Lounge is an amazing space for symposiums and receptions. It can hold 80 to more than 200 guests, depending on the type of your event.
    • Lounge is connected to the Hudson View Room, which can be used for lounge furniture storage and double as the “food room” or a meeting or green room when the Lounge is in use.
  • Hudson View Room

    • You can rent the Hudson View Room, located on the first floor of 50 Haven Ave, on its own. It can accommodate up to 50 people, and is perfect for a meeting, dinner, conference, luncheon, or seminar.
  • Ballroom

    • The ballroom is located on the lower level of 50 Haven ave and accessible by stairs and elevators.
    • Larger than 1st Floor Lounge, the ballroom can comfortably accommodate more than 200 guests.
    • Ballroom is ideal for symposiums, receptions, and dinners.

Event Support

  • As a one-stop shop, we coordinate all catering, furniture, set-up, custodial services, audiovisual, linens, flowers, and specialty requests for the event spaces within 50 Haven ave.
  • Although the rooms are not audiovisual-ready, we can handle set-up for specific events.

Reserve the Space

  • 50 Haven Ave is managed by Office of Housing Services.  You can request the space directly with them via reservation request form. If you are part of a student organization, please consult with your club adviser before booking the space.
