Grilled Jerked Chicken with roasted potatoes, lemon thyme asparagus (GF)

Vegetarian: (vegan)  Rice Pilaf w/white wine lemon sauce, roasted potatoes, lemon thyme asparagus (GF)

Soup: Cream of Broccoli (GF)

 

Tuesday 10/19/21

Salads: Mixed green salad or Ceasar salad

Main Entree Choice: Beef Lasagna in marinara sauce served with Broccoli

Chicken Cacciatore, penne pasta w/vodka sauce, Broccoli

Vegetarian:  Fried Tofu in Cacciatore Sauce, Vegan pasta primavera, Broccoli (Vegan/GF)

Soup: Lentil Soup (vegan/GF)

Main Entree Choice: Chicken Milanese w/light chimichurri sauce, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts w/roasted apples

Pork Chops w/light chimichurri sauce, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts w/roasted apples

Vegetarian:  Roasted Butternut Squash, White Rice,  w/light chimichurri sauce,  brussel sprouts w/roasted apples (vegan/GF)

Soup: Black Bean Soup (vegan/GF)
