Main Entree: Tilapia with pineapple mango salsa, steamed brown rice, carnival cauliflower       (gluten-free)

Vegetarian:  Sauteed Tofu with pineapple mango salsa, steamed brown rice, carnival cauliflower (vegan/gluten-free)

Soup: Tomato Tortellini Soup

 

Tuesday 9/21/21

Salads: Mixed green salad or Ceasar salad

Main Entree Choice: Italian Meatballs, angel hair pasta with tomato basil sauce, broccoli

Breaded Chicken Cutlet, angel hair pasta with tomato basil sauce, broccoli

Vegetarian:  Gluten Free Penne Pasta with mushrooms, sauteed vegetables, broccoli 

Soup: Lentil Soup (vegan/gluten-free)

 

Thursday 9/24/21

Main Entree: Roasted Herb Chicken, macaroni & cheese, corn on the cobb

Vegetarian:  Grilled Portobello Mushrooms, macaroni & cheese, corn on the cobb

Soup:  Carrot Ginger (vegan/gluten-free)
